As a professional dancer, I thought I knew a lot about my body and its movement sequences, but Feldenkrais has taught me something new: by focussing on the body and breath, I can deepen and sharpen my body awareness even further.
I feel supported by the floor, my posture is secure and with a certain elegance, without any effort I feel my natural axis and length, the breath flows loosely and consciously.
I am learning to move my body more efficiently, to understand my asymmetries and to apply everything playfully in everyday and professional life. Endless research. It's such a natural and pleasant body sensation that I always wonder why I didn't feel and move like this before the session.
